why?

I dont know if anyone read this shit but i promised to give you the details why the manchester show was cancelled. To  explain this i attached a mail i just wrote to a nice chap. (sorry if the english sucks, i dont pay that much attention to the language in emails)

If youre gonna organize a show you should try to tell the band well in adavanced about the flight tickets and accomondation and stuff an you should not tell them month before that its cool to come over as a five piece band only to drop a really short mail a week before the show and tell them that they can only come as a two piece band. Its because of this, not saying anything for months although we have tried to contact him both through our booking agency and personal that we couldnt set up a decent tour.

Sorry Manchester!

The show at the a day at the races festival is cancelled. We will get back to you tomorrow about why..

Since most of us took vacation we will play another show instead but this time we will take the ferry over to the archipelago island Åland and the festival "Island in the sun" on the 2nd of August.

When i got the news that the Manchester show went to hell i made a promise to play there as soon as possible when our new record is out.

Very simple song with a nice melody that brings me back to a couple of weeks ago when we washed our sins away in the dark water of Rudan

This is psychedelic jazzfunk at it´s best. Sometimes it sounds like a lo fi Studio ( the band) without all that balearic stuff.

New New New!

Hi there! We have reopened the old blog again! This means that it will be easier for you to follow in the footsteps of the wonderful world that is SKWBN! The old blog is dead and buried by all the spam-monsters of the viagra falls, but dont fear and lets keep this place clean for gods sake!

So what do we have to tell you today? 

Well we have a show on 2nd of august in manchester UK

We havent been able to set any other dates in the UK during this period and im sorry for that. If i have to put the blame on something i must say it´s a mix between my incapacity of organizing stuff, booking agency failure and not getting the right info in advanced. 

A good mix though is the new SKWBN  song that will be featured on the OIB records 7 inch split series. Other fine artists on the compilation is Half Handed Cloud with whom we did a show a couple of weeks ago in stockholm. It was a beautiful night that will echo in eternity.
